4th Of July Weekend Activities

As usual, this gets it's own post about 2 weeks early for those who need to make plans for that weekend.
Some of these may have been mentioned elsewhere, so may not have been [img]wink.gif[/img]

July 1-4 It's The Annual Newport Motorcycle Rally on the Newport Riverfront 1st 5 pm, 2-4th noon

July 2nd It's The great American 4th Of July parade Downtown beginning on Mehring way and crossing the Taylor Southgate Bridge. Begins at 10 am

July 2-4th at 10pm each night it's the Nights Of Fire Fireworks Display at Kings Island

July 3rd is the Coney Island Balloon Glow featuring a fireworks display at 10pm

July 3rd It's The Annual All American Birthday party at Sawyer Point beginning at 3 pm, this years featured performer is Pat Benatar Fireworks at 10pm

July 1-3 it's The City Folk Fest at Riverscape park in Dayton, 6 pm all three days

July 3rd at 7:30 will be an Independence Day Concert at Montgomery park in Montgomery

July 4th Red White and Blue Ash takes place at the Blue Ash Sports Center. Featured performer this year, Richard marx

July 4th it's Red White and Boom at Riverbend featuring the Cincy Pops Orch call 381-3300 for ticket info

July 4th in Strickers Grove on Hamilton Cleves Road there will be a 4th of July celebration starting at 3 pm

July 4th Ault park will have their annual 4th of July Fireworks display at dusk

July 4th the Anderson Township 4th of July parade takes place on Beechmont Ave between the Anderson Gov Center and Anderson Towne Center starting at noon

July 4th New Richmond will have their annual 4th of July Parade at 11 am

If anyone comes up with anything else happening that weekend, feel free to add it.

Looks like some tough decisions on the 3rd since there is so much going on.

There are no tough decisions here. The only place one needs to be is at the Best Damn Parade in the Land: The Northside 4th of July Parade (noon).

I'm tentatively planning on drinking at the Northside Tavern, then going outside to watch the festivities.

OK, here's a few more just in case.

July 1-4 at Koenig prk in Reading there's a 4th fest starting at 6 on the 1st and 4 pm all other dates. Fireworks monday night

July 3rd in Fairfield, Red white and Kaboom at village green park. Firweorks at 10:00

July 4th, Liberty Township Parade and Fest at Liberty Park starting at 10 am

July 3rd Red Rhythm and Boom Corwin Nixon park in Mason at 6pm. Fireworks at 10:00

July 4th, Taste Of Hamilton in Downtown Hamilton at noon Fireworks at 9:45

Someone told me something was goin on in Loveland as well, but I dont have any specifics.

The zoo is giving free Wolf Woods Wristbands (while supplies last) July 1-4 to all kinds 12 and under.

Opps, forgot the annual parade in Mt Washington. July 4th starting at 10 am at Stanbury park and ending at American Legion Post 484. Registration at the park at 9:45.
